Youth Trainer

Providersí Network member Lisa Frank is a resource on youth trainers. As a seventh grader, Lisa joined the Portland, Oregon Youth Innovation Fund Board. Now as a 16-year-old, Lisa participates in youth philanthropy, city program planning, and the National Service-Learning Partnership Board. She provides professional development at the city/ county and national level on youth advocacy, how to engage youth in local government, how to organize youth in creating a youth Bill of Rights, and how youth can make effective presentations to city councils.
