Short Description of My Current Work
We specialize in ONLINE grant writing training for undergraduate and graduate students, many of whom are enrolled in service-learning courses.
Our ONLINE grant writing training is affordable and accessible for all service-learning students because we offer courses that are taught in the early evenings, so as to not interfere with regular classroom hours.

    Professional History
My service learning involvement started about 12 years ago, when I started a local AmeriCorps program. Since then, I have been involved with AmeriCorps*VISTA programs, RSVP programs, Senior Corps programs, Campus Compact programs, Foster Grandparent programs, and university-based service-learning courses.
For the last several years, my primary involvement with service-learning programs has been that of a teacher, mentor and cheerleader.

    Professional Expertise/ Passions
My passion is to continue to learn, but also to share what I learn with others, so we can work together to build communities in which we all want to live.

To realize that passion, I specialize in teaching program development/evaluation, grant writing, volunteer development and collaboration/partnership development to national service participants and university-based service-learning students.

Lately I have focused on making this training available as webinars, which makes this knowledge available to those who might not have access to this type of professsional development under their present circumstances.

What I'm Most Excited About in My Current Work
I am most excited about the limitless possibilities that online learning holds for us individually and collectively.
By taking my progran development and grant training online as web-based training seminars, I am able to make these critical skill-building foundations accessible to all, regardless of place, time or circumstance.

This is truly a wonderful thing.
